Hello Rouzbeh,
In this pull request, I have tried to add a more thorough sweet of benchmarks for your NTRU-PEKs scheme. Including breaking up the network, CPU, and disk access times. While adding the benchmarks, I tried to fix indentation and general spacing issues that I noticed. I have also altered the Makefile to allow for simpler configuration. Lastly, I added a .gitignore file to ensure future work does not end up pushing their testing files to the repo.
