Pet project "Tech and Scientific News Webscraper"

Collects news from multiple websites with different structures with a single button click

Also able to work with RSS feeds

The project is built upon the following stack:

• Node.js v11 (deployed on the Google Cloud Platform)
• Express.js
• Node-osmosis library for scraping
• xml2js library for RSS feeds parsing

Codeclimate Maintainability status:

1. Install dependencies:

$ npm install

2. Run the server:

$ npm start

3. Use the web interface:
