Manjaro for termux proot (v-p02)

What's New

• fixed systemctl #2 ( now you can start service with systemctl enable SERVICE_NAME )
• added locales support for C.UTF-8 en_US.utf8 ( no more weird neofetch )
• pre-installed dbus package
• fixed issue with sudo library permissions
• new non-root user manjaro ( password is manjaro )
• added some more mirrors
• some minor changes ( I forgot what I did )
