This PR removes the custom API implementation and replaces it with GameAPI. This allows for streamlining maintenance of the API between Mania, mods, and other projects that use it.
Depends on RSDKModding/RSDKv5-Decompilation#286. When that PR is merged, this repo should update the submodule for it.
