Remake of older skyrim Power-PC preference launcher in python3 with py2app

What you can do

Merge your graphic setting file (low.ini,...,VeryHigh.ini) into your personal SkyrimPref.ini
Enable and Disable mods by creating the plugins.txt file for you

~~Make the app open a terminal (for now we have to open the app with Contents/MacOS/main)~~
