Changed the way hashes are parsed when diffing, and removed delimiters from the output of checksum.

Only an ELF binary. jw is compatible with Windows, I just don't have a Windows environment right now to provide a precompiled executable with. If you have cargo you can just cargo install jw though! Or clone the repo and cargo install --path=.
