But does thru WD. Doesn't get an ack from WD like other RS via WF121->Herc->WD. Likely an issue with not being on the ResetSpecific port enum. Check port and WDI for filters. Currently means we can't reset motors on the surface.

Seems like it did. Commands were just directed to WD, not Herc but sent to Herc.
