Changes

Create a Traditional Chinese version of README.md and place it in the 'docs' directory.

Why

Create a dedicated 'docs' directory to store other README files besides the English version (original version), which will help with the project's organization.

Checkmarks

  • The modified functions have been tested.
  • Used the same indentation as the rest of the project.
  • Updated documentation (changelog).

Additional information

I respect the efforts of the contributor of the Simplified Chinese version and hope that he/she can also move the Simplified Chinese documentation to the 'docs' directory.

Isn't better to the folder to be named READMEs? I feel like documentation would be related to the Zygisk API, not the READMEs. Either way, you also need to move Simplified Chinese README to there too.

EDIT: Forgot to say: You can do that yourself, there's no issue in that.
