Android GPIO Control

This is used to implement the Android APP to control the CPU GPIO, and supports setting the IO direction, IO output, IO input, and key.

Usage

1. Copy topband_gpio to kernel/drivers/misc/ directory.
2. Modify the kernel/drivers/misc/Kconfig as follows:

source "drivers/misc/topband_gpio/Kconfig"

3. Modify the kernel/drivers/misc/Makefile as follows:

obj-$(CONFIG_TOPBAND_GPIO_DRIVER) += topband_gpio/

4. Modify the dts as follows:
