Added support for Discord rich presence. You must have Game Activity enabled in Discord for this to work. This feature can also be disabled in TF2BD settings. If you take serious issue with the inclusion of Discord Game SDK in this project, it can be compiled out with the TF2BD_ENABLE_DISCORD_INTEGRATION CMake option.
Fixed a case where the tool would attempt to call votes against cheaters that could never pass.
