Speech to text telegram bot

Installation and running:

1. git pull repository
2. bundle install
3. create your own telegram bot by using BotFather
4. create and setup Yandex account for speech kit and S3 bucket
5. copy .env.sample file and convert it into .env
6. fill all env variables in it
7. run ruby main.rb locally or deploy it to Heroku and switch on Eco Dynos in Resources tab
8. find your own bot in telegram and start it
