Add .editorconfig settings for C# coding conventions and naming styles

- Added rules for C# files, analyzers, and core EditorConfig options
- Included preferences for indentation, spacing, new lines, and expression-level formatting
- Defined naming rules and styles for interfaces, types, and non-field members
