lingua-franca has been split into smaller easier to maintain packages

https://github.com/OpenVoiceOS/ovos-color-parser - for handling colors
https://github.com/OpenVoiceOS/ovos-solver-YesNo-plugin - yes/no parser

I am still porting the unittests, once those are passing PRs above can be merged and versions pinned in ovos-core so end2end tests account for them
