- BUG - missed a reference to removed self.tts object - refactor config options to expose - pulse_duck -> let pa handle ducking - ocp_cork -> new ovos-media event to pause/unpause audio - ocp_duck -> ovos-media event to lower volume

refactor config options to expose
in the future these events should also be added to https://github.com/OpenVoiceOS/ovos-bus-client/blob/dev/ovos_bus_client/apis/ocp.py#L229 and that interface used directly (to account for message.context etc)
