Current behaviour:

A) If the three dot menu vanishes then the empty space from the menu stays present:

Reproduction:

  1. Login as a User who can only see the participants (you see screenshot 1.)
  2. Login as a User who is admin (you see screenshot 2.)

Wanted behaviour:
the space from the three dot menu should vanish completely if the menu is not there
