As found in #3276 (comment)

Current behaviour:
If a banner with icon is shown then the icon is too far up

How to activate a banner:

  1. Open Opbenslides
  2. in the dev tools > Network > go offline

Wanted behaviour:
The icon should be centrally aligned (as is the text)
