CQI-21: standarization of output for requests and isolation #129

Changes:

for each execution added default values: 10 concurrency, 10 iterations, ramp up time 1m and hold for 10m
each scenario is now isolated to better analyze issues of specific requests
reporting status has error rate percent on limit of 1%
reporting checks for 3 benchmarks, this includes: too slow requests values and needs improvement information
