1.created the navbar using javascript.
2.added an event listener for the navbar.
3.used scrollintoview for scrolling to sections through the navbar.
4.section in view is 'active' and the section's link is 'active' as well.
5.modified the link's active state.
6.the page is responsive for all different devices using css.
