updated seaglider and slocum files (#249)

* edits from review 

Fixed some typos, formatting on organisations, consistencies on OG1.0, reference to EDMO, and changed title for the google docs to vocab collection reference tables to avoid over use of OG1.

* Added examples files from a slocum and seaglider

Files generated from BODC processing chain

* added cut down files and updated file names

* added updated examples files following corrections

* new slocum file based on checker

updated the slocum example file based on feedback from the OG format checker

* updated seaglider example based on checker
