Will be replaced by alternative grids referenced in the EPSG database. For good measure any mention of `dk_sdfe_dvr90.tif` in the `DK` file has been removed as well.

This PR removes the current
dk_sdfe_dvr90.tiffile and replaces it withdk_sdfi_dvr90_2002.tif,dk_sdfi_dvr90_2013.tifanddk_sdfi_dvr90_2023.tif. The three latter grids are referenced in the EPSG-database whereas the first was never know by the EPSG and manually added to PROJ around version 5.Recently DVR90 has been updated in the EPSG-database and it is now known as a datum ensemble consisting of four realisations, of which three of them has a transformation. The grids supplied here are the ones used for those transformations.
The now removed
dk_sdfe_dvr90.tifis equivalent to the newly addeddk_sdfi_dvr90_2013.tif.
