Locally if you bring up your docker dev you should navigate to: http://localhost:9999/ and see surveys, print templates etc. Running a few AT tests is a great way to populate this data.
For testing/debugging it's advised you use VSCode and have Babel Javascript installed, this does cunning things and allows you to debug.
Then run 'make run-dev-ui'. This will run the node server in the background. You can then edit the UI code in VSCode and run it, a new browser pointing to localhost:3000 should appear. The code can be edited in VSCode without restarting the backend 'make run-dev-ui'
