mermaid is already built-in of Material for MkDocs theme. Using the mermaid's classDiagram makes the classDiagram look better in dark mode too. This also allows to remove plantuml-markdown dependency.

I didn't reply earlier because lately I prioritized my web framework and a private app I am building with it.
