The
v0.3.0release failed to publish assets because thehubCLI command was removed from GitHub Actions runners in October. See actions/runner-images#8362.This PR updates the script to use the
ghCLI instead.I've manually built and pushed the assets using the
ghCLI forv0.3.0to test that they work, which they do. So this PR will come into effect forv0.3.1or above.
