What does this PR do ?
Currently the NeMo to HF Checkpoint converters assume the gpt model is restored with Transformer engine spec but it is possible
model_config.nameis set to something else. For example for pruning, distillation, quantization the spec used ismodelopt. In such cases the script will fail. Hence setting spec name aste_gptwhen loading the model in the checkpoint converters.Collection: [Note which collection this PR will affect]
