Most ribbons apply to the entire website and so are displayed at the very top of the page above the header.
Some ribbons, however, notably partnership ribbons, are specific to a particular page and are displayed above the page title but underneath the website header.
To add a partnership ribbon to a page you will need to use a custom field as follows:
In the WordPress dashboard edit the page in question.
Open up Screen Options (top-right of the page) and make sure the Custom Fields option is checked.
Scroll down to find the Custom Fields meta box. It will likely be near the bottom of the page.
Under Add New Custom Field click the Enter new link.
In the Name field enter 'partnership_ribbon' (without quotes).
In the Description field enter the text to display in the ribbon. Note: your text will appear after "In partnership with:".
