Suggested Gameplay Mechanics

To gamify other parts of MM, we should discuss what possibilities are out there. All forms of gameplay should be optional but advantageous For example, if skipping the mining game gives you 10 resources, playing the mining game should give you 1 to 50 resources.
- Mining (bejeweled style tile-matching game)
- Gathering (?)
- Scavenging (something similar to scavenging on "The Last Stand")
- Combat (ff-style turn based RPG)
- Pirates! (Gradius style sidescroller to dodge meteors and hostile fire)
- Exploration (minesweeper-style to discover resource pools)
- Cantina (multiple games of chance to gamble your resources)
