Added Snowy Storm

Added a new minigame for BombSquad named as "Snowy Storm".

• It is an elimination type game, in which you have to stay protected in the protection area from the falling hail stones and snow flakes, the players loose all controls except jumping and running.
• The protected area is a region node with visible radius which will change the location from time to time and protects the players within it from the falling hails or snow.
• The hail stones and snow flakes are object nodes of different shape, sizes and textures, if hit a player can freeze the player or shatter and kill the player.
