• Update styling of settings screen to fix issues introduced in Anki 2.1.60:
  • Fix color fields falling behind UI making it unclickable
  • Move Look Ahead field to Word Button section
  • Fix very small comboboxes for profiles and fields
  • Fix Restore Defaults button not showing entire text
  • Remove row numbers for all tables, the styling was out of place and didn't provide any function
• Remove Migaku repository GitHub link from the about section to avoid confusion

Tested on Anki 2.1.60 (Qt6) on Linux PopOS 22.04 and MacOS Ventura.
