Moebooru Image Grabber V1.0

This is the first major release, compiled for Windows and those who have not installed python or don't really know what to do with python in general. Be aware Windows Defender or any other antivirus might detect this as a threat, it's up to you if you trust me with this pre-compiled file, else feel free to install python and the depencencies to run the actual scripts.

Basic release for Windows

First release of the basic application only for Windows, compiled into one file, no dependencies needed.
