@dkattan I appreciate your passion for this subject. However, as I stated in the previous PR, this is premature. I did a cursory review of the linked discussions. I feel like there is a lot more we need to say about dynamic parameters and this change.

Rather submitting a PR, please open a Document a product change issue. Include your examples, an explanation of the change, and how and why someone would use this new feature.

With that information, we will be in a better position to decide how and where to document the change. And it allows us to schedule the changes to match the code release cycle. At this point, we don't know when this change is going to ship.
