and the current exchange rate is 1 testETH = 100 testMetis.

It means that if you send 0.01 testETH to the contract, you will get 1 testMetis

Please note that we may change the exchange rate from time to time.

After that you will get the tokens on Eth instead of on Metis, you still need to use the bridge to transfer the tokens to layer2.
