use_bcc_instead_C

This is a version of
https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/addon/use-bcc-instead/
updated with the necessary changes up in
https://wiki.mozilla.org/Thunderbird/Add-ons_Guide_63

It works with TB 64+
(use_bcc_instead_A worked with TB 60.
 use_bcc_instead_B worked with TB 63.)
 
Options now display (TB bug 1489930)

ADDON ID
--------

The original author tells me he does not intend to update his original version of this addon.
I have therefore changed the addon ID. One effect is that it no longer picks up the description
of the addon, and its use, from addons.thunderbird.net; Refer to the original version if still available.

Instructions for use are displayed in:
  Tools > Add-on Preferences > Use BCC Instead > Show Addon Documentation
 
INSTALLATION
------------

1 You need TB 64+
2 If you have either the original addon or my version for TB 60, remove it.
3 In https://github.com/revad/use_bcc_instead_C
    Download a ZIP (Green 'Clone or download' button)
4 Extract the downloaded zip file
5 Enter the use_bcc_instead_C-master directory
6 Select all in that directory and create a zip file
7 Open the thunderbird > Addons > Extensions page
8 Drag the zip file onto that page
9 Check version is 3.5.1
