• zink_fixes, ../../turnip-patches/zink_fixes.patch,
• dri3, ../../turnip-patches/dri3.patch,

Upstreams / Patches are only applied to the patched version (_patched.zip)
If a patch is not present anymore, it's most likely because it got merged, is not needed anymore or was breaking something.
