This program generates a password with random padding as suggested by https://www.grc.com/haystack.htm

Default length of 15 using upper, lower, numeric, and special characters with a pad.

Todos:
allow option for allowing only 4 unique characters.
allow selecting which character types to use
allow custom special character lists.
