TreeAdmin is a small Matlab extension to the TREES toolbox. Its graphical user interface helps to view and categorize morphologies reconstructed with TREES toolbox. It is one of the tools used (and should be cited like this) for the paper Beining M*, Jungenitz T*, Radic T, Deller T, Cuntz H, Jedlicka P, Schwarzacher SW: Adult-born dentate granule cells show a critical period of dendritic reorganization and are distinct from developmentally born cells. Brain Structure and Function 2017, 222(3):1427-1446.
- Simply run TreeAdmin.m and load folders of morphologies or single morphology files by clicking on the icon in the upper left.
- The submodules masterplotter has to be part of the Matlab path
