Smack-Talk-Toe release #2

This release focuses on UI polish and is available on multiple platforms due to automated builds.

Smack-Talk-Toe

Initial release of Smack-Talk-Toe. This game uses ChatGPT to make a mouthy tic-tac-toe opponent.

This release is very rough & is essentially a proof-of-concept for future experiments integrating ChatGPT into Godot.
