Rails Server + Angular 2 Proxy client

This proyect has 100% funcionality, but isn't the best way to use these framewoks together

Future improvements:

• Integrate with rails/assets for precompiled
• Use Sass (provided by Rails)
• Use HAML (provided by Rails gem)
