Python 3 Release

Memory leaks has been detected in the Python 2 version of MLC. The migration to Python 3 seems to correct them, yet we will be digging into the code to see detect the cause of the leaks

Since it has not been fully tested, this version will remain in alpha testing until we can ensure the stability of the release

Added Draw Tree method in Results Tab

Added a new feature to draw the Individual as a tree. Pygraphviz has been added as a dependency

PS: deb and rpm packages are for developers only
