🚀 New Features
- Added a new "Shrine Surprise" config option that changes whether or not Herobrine will appear on top of the shrine when lit.
- Added a new sighting type called "Lurking" which spawns 2x farther than stalking, with a max of 128 blocks away and only reacts when you get close.
- Added a new skin called "White Eyes Classic" based off the newly discovered White Eyes creepypasta. SUGGESTION
- Added a new "Automatic config" mode! Lets the entity take control of the config for you. In case the mod wasn't scary enough on its own. (Changes based on days past since the option was enabled, slowing growing more active.) SUGGESTION
- Added a new skin called "The White Pumpkin" based off the killer from the MCSM episode "A Portal to Mystery." SUGGESTION
🔧 Improvements
- The Thai translation for the "I Am Not Going Down That" advancement has been updated to use Xiques' translation instead of the one created by ChatGPT.
- German translation improved by Black. REPORT
- Lowered the chance of footsteps from 0.008 to 0.003. SUGGESTION
- Changed "Haunting Delay" to an incrementing variable instead of a limited range.
- Gave the default config command an actual response.
🐛 Bug Fixes
- Fixed flint and steel causing lightning to strike everywhere when OG Shrine Mechanic was enabled. REPORT
- Fixed Lumbering Jack and the Farlander's eyes not glowing with Optifine when emissive layers is disabled in the FTF config. REPORT
- Fixed fire trace entities lingering when they didn't find a shrine.
- Fixed Ghost Miner entity remaining causing all Herobrine activity to halt. REPORT
- Fixed the Ghost Miner's "ftf.ghostMinerEvents" score remaining even after death.
- Fixed "Fearful Footsteps" and "Shrine Surprise" not changing back to default when running the default command.
- Running the "/function fromthefog:admin/default_config" command no longer results in extremely loud noises playing.

- Changed the ENTIRE system used to detect the shrine, and the beds to make it less performance intensive. (I will most likely change the others in a future update.)
- Herobrine will no longer despawn while running away.
- Changed the way the game snaps your head towards Herobrine during jumpscare.

- Herobrine will now rotate like a player when running away.
- Herobrine will now wait 3/4 of a second before running away, he also turns slower.
- Excluded the fake Herobrine from being randomized.
- Moved the "Randomize Skins" option to the skin library menu.
- Wolves will now only growl at Herobrine when sitting. SUGGESTION
- Made the config gui prettier and more compact.
- Herobrine's base model is solid and cannot be seen through in certain spots.

- Added the griddy animation as a technical animation that can be used with the fake Herobrine.
- Better optimized the block detection markers.
- The Chilled Candles event check will no longer run unless the candle is lit.
- Moved all of the config options to one scoreboard objective to prepare for better optimization. (Your settings should carry over between updates but check to be sure.)

🚀 New Features
- Added ocean sand pyramids back to better fit the original story.
- Dogs will now growl and whine when Herobrine is nearby.
- Added a new setting called "Window Watcher" that will toggle whether or not Herobrine will disappear when viewed through a window.
- Added a new admin command category called "sightings" containing three new commands.
- Creeping - This command activates the creeping mechanic and spawns Herobrine behind the player it is executed on.
- Stalking - This command activates the stalking mechanic and spawns Herobrine somewhere around the player it is executed on. Herobrine may not spawn if his spawnpoint is determined to be in the line of sight of another player.
- Nightmare - This command activates the nightmare mechanic and spawns Herobrine at the foot of the bed of the player it is executed on. Herobrine will not spawn if the player isn't in a bed.
- Herobrine now has the ability to cut down trees, leaving the leaves floating.
- Herobrine can now move behind blocks that he spawns next to instead of disappearing.
- Herobrine now has a walking animation used for certain events.
- Added new config option called "Chilled Candles" that toggles whether or not Herobrine has the ability to snuff out the players candles.
- Added new config option called "Sinister Signs" that toggles whether or not Herobrine will leave signs for the player during certain events.

- Added a new structure type called "1x2 Tunnel" which can spawn with and without redstone torches.

- Made it so if Herobrine is viewed through a window and the player looks away he will disappear. If the player spots him and he has access to a corner he will slip around it upon being spotted.

- Changed the Distorted skin to be MUCH SCARIER.
- Players can now change the skin of the fake herobrine.

- Added a new config option that allows the player to choose whether or not lightning strikes when activating a Herobrine shrine. (Disabled by default.)
- Added the "off" Haunting Delay option that disables the day delay forcing the player to build a shrine to activate the main events.
- Added "Nightmare" mechanic which causes the player to experience a form of sleep paralysis involving Herobrine.
🔧 Improvements
- Made all world griefing events pause if there are no players in the game.
- Made it so Herobrine has a 50% chance to play a cave sound when caught creeping; as opposed to it playing every time.
- Changed the "off" option on Haunting Delay to "none" to make it easier to understand.
- Made it so if a player hovers over "off" and "none" on the Haunting Delay options it will tell you what each one does.

- Herobrine can now leave a "Dreaful Donation" in your chests. (Can happen before the 3 days pass, enabled by default.)
- Added "Crimson Curse" mechanic which gives Herobrine the ability to change your torches to redstone torches and your lanterns to soul lanterns. (one check per in-game day, happens after the 3 days or a shrine is built.)
🔧 Improvements
- Reduced the likelihood of the torch breaking mechanic based on community feedback.
- Changed the "Randomize Skins" option to only cycle through the main skins.
- Made the skin library menu height match the rest of the settings.
- Increased how long Herobrine stays on screen during crash/jumpscare by 1 ticks.
- Added a warning on the crash mechanic for weaker pcs and epilepsy.
- Modified the crash mechanic to go to a black screen on crash.
