ReSpec is a tool that makes writing specifications easier. ReSpec handles things like styling, referential integrity, bibliographical data, and other mundane tasks.
A single-page documentation with user's guide and all available configuration options can be read at https://respec.org/docs/. The documentation is generated using the wiki itself.
If you want to hack on ReSpec, W3C also has a Developers Guide.
This Wiki has been cloned from the official W3c wiki at https://github.com/speced/respec/wiki. This wiki describes a number of additional config parameters that have been added to the W3c version to deal with specific styling and governance demands from Geonovum and Logius.
