You only need to download cslpp.dll if it is not automatically being written to in the same directory as CSLHelper.dll.
Basically, if cslpp.dll does not automatically appear when you run the program and you are getting errors when trying to create the console, download cslpp.dll to the same directory as CSLHelper.dll.
