Converts Beast AF1 Quest (Wings of Gold) to IF

Steps to test these changes

Pre-Requisites:

• Completed Path of the Beastmaster quest (!completequest 3 19)
• Set main job to Beastmaster
• Main job level > AF1 Quest Level (40)

Quest:

• Speak to Brutus (!gotoid 17776652)

• If you decline initially, the second time you speak to Brutus the dialog for the quest acceptance will be shortened

• Retrieve Key Item Guiding Bell from Delkfutts tower chest
• Speak to Brutus (!gotoid 17776652)
