* Formulaic engine pricing Attempt to provide consistent engine pricing using math. * Create Engine Balance Spreadsheet.xlsx * Fix blank ECMs, override Gamma Shove some placeholder data into blank ECMs, and override Gamma costs to improve balance a little * Account for Scud pump-fed mults Increase pump-scud engine prices to account for the lack of pump-fed mults * Adjust RD200 price * Full price A-4 Screw it, increase A-4 price.
