Exemplary data and Artifact Collections

This release publishes two of the artifact collections used during the study. Additionally, we supply an example image to follow the examples in the documentation.

The ACROBAT Collection comes from the ACROBAT Challenge.

The ANHIR Collection comes from the ANHIR Challenge.

Classification weights during the study.

This release contains the weights used during the study "Improving Quality Control of Whole Slide Images by Explicit Artifact Augmentation".

Data annotations during the study.

Initial release of the annotations for artifacts and segmentation tasks.

Segmentation weights during the study.

Initial release of the segmentation weights.
