Issue Labeling Notes

Most of the issue labels should be self-explanatory, here are a few notes:
Art - all art-related tasks
- Allison moderates.
- Anyone may add tasks to the art queue, but Allison has final power and responsibility for what's in that queue.
Eng - All engineering and programming.
- Philip moderates.
- Anyone may add tasks to the eng queue, but Philip has final power and responsibility for what's in that queue.
Marketing - Philip moderates. See above.
Team - Philip and Allison moderate. See above.

- Discussion - this tag means we're not looking for a quick fix or close, but for discussion on how to move forward. If you see an issue with 'discussion' as a tag, please add your opinion!
- Bug - pretty self-explanatory. Please include as many steps to reproduce as possible.
