9.0 Add resource to existing fragment

1. Launch app, select develop and select a story authored by the current user.
2. In the story select an existing story fragment that does not contain text.
3. In the fragment edit screen scroll to the end of the resource film strip and select the add resource button.
4. Select a video or image from the provided prompt.
5. The video or image should now be visible in the resource film strip.
