6 Create New Story

Goal

• Author creates a new story for local development.

Trigger

• While in the develop menu the Author selects the 'New story' button.

Precondition

• None

Postcondition

• New story is saved locally.

Basic Flow

1. Author launches app.
2. Author selects develop.
3. Author selected 'New Story' button.
4. System creates a new story and story fragment. The story has the current date and author fields automatically set. The story fragment is blank and linked with the story.
5. System saves the story locally.
6. Author is presented with the Story description screen.
