The plan is to provide a platform for open source hardware with open source functionality, closed source commercialization of user interaction firmware, and a demonstration case for that platform. This Github project, is a demonstration case.

An additional $200 is required, but since the previous registered agent service is already 2 months old, the discounted amount is a retroactive $179.

- 2023-02-08 I received an email from the IRS for the company's Federal Tax Payment System account.
- 2023-02-14 Cross-border transfer of funds to and from the company was not possible until I received permission from the Chinese government. In order to use a legal way to transfer the expenses during the preparation period to the company account, I opened a personal Wise account and linked the account in Mercury Bank. I found an agent to submit an ITIN application for the convenience of following up on other matters. I made a purchase of $1,200 through my China Merchants Bank savings account today and will try to transfer the money to my WISE account tomorrow.
