Factory resetting the Cameras

@NaoDevils found that by calling the following script the cameras both get reset to their factory (SoftBank) defaults.

/usr/libexec/reset-cameras.sh toggle

This is especially useful when having being unable to open camera device or when one set a camera register in a bad way. Some teams are calling this script every time they start their own software.

Hint: After calling the script mentioned above you need to wait some time before the cameras are available again.
