Organization and submodules

This repostory is organized as submodules, because some of the resources have a lot of details. So, to get started please run:

git submodule update --init --recursive

If you have a slow internet connection the above command might take a long time. So, just get the submodules you need:

git submodule update --init --recursive <name-of-submodule>
